Thank you for choosing to refer your clients, patients, or community members to FCRC of Ohio. We understand that when you make a referral, you're trusting us with someone's well-being, and we take that responsibility seriously. Individuals may be referred to us for a wide range of mental health and addiction services, including individual therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD; couples and family counseling using evidence-based approaches like the Gottman Method; specialized addiction treatment including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) with Suboxone, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and SMART Recovery support groups; psychiatric evaluation and medication management; court-ordered assessments and treatment programs; 72-hour DUI intervention services; DOT SAP evaluations; support for military families and veterans; child and adolescent therapy (ages 6+); and group therapy programs. We pride ourselves on providing immediate access to care—appointments are available within 3 days with no waiting lists—and we offer both in-person and telehealth options to meet diverse needs. Our trauma-informed, STAR-certified team accepts all major insurance plans, Ohio Medicaid, Medicare, and offers sliding scale fees for those without insurance. With extended hours including evenings and weekends, we're here to serve the whole family with compassion, respect, and the highest quality of care.
