Receptionist
POSITION SUMMARY
Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office. Giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail.

Essential Functions:
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Answer phone inquiries and provide basic company information.
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents.
Monitor front desk and comply with all security procedures for visitors
Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
Announcing clients as necessary.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, and taking notes.
Set up, break down, organize, and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms
Sorting and distributing mail.
Provide excellent customer service.
Scheduling appointments.
Collecting payments.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Required: HS Diploma or GED.
Experience: Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
Computer Skills: Basic phone, computer, electron skills (email, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Internet, Fax, Copier, etc.)
Other Requirements:
Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good time management skills.
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.
Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Frequent sitting, standing, and walking for 8–12-hour shifts
Intermittently required to lift objects weighing up to 20 pounds
Consistently required to talk, hear, and/or speak
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus along with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedures and/or instructions
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed primarily in office, individual owned and insured vehicles, and outdoor settings, in all weather conditions, including temperature extremes, during day and night shifts. Work is often performed in emergency and stressful situations. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate in other situations.
